1. PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS, PROMOTIONAL PERIOD AND PARTICIPANTS

1.1 This promotion is only available on purchases made of any of the products (“Promotional Products”) listed attached in the Schedule – 1, within Iraq from one of our listed participating Authorised Dealers ( “Participating Authorised Dealers”) in the Schedule -2,  between May 10th 2022 to July 10th 2022. inclusive (the “Promotional Period”). 
1.2 The Participants will receive the Inks Pack gift (Inks Pack Gift) for Promotional Product purchases from the Participating Authorized Dealers during the Promotional Period.
1.3 All Participants must be aged 18 or over and must be resident in the in the Republic of Iraq (“Participant”).
1.4 All Participants are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. 
1.5 All products must be purchased from the listed Participating Authorised Dealers in Iraq in the Schedule 1, and must have been supplied and distributed to retailers by Canon Middle East FZ-LLC, registered at Dubai Internet City, Canon Building, P.O. Box: 500 007, Dubai UAE (“Canon”).  Please check with your retailer that this is the case to help avoid disappointment.  Internet stores must display a registered/postal address in Iraq.
1.6 All Promotional Products must be new and genuine Canon products.  Purchases of second hand, refurbished or reconditioned products, or products which are counterfeit or infringe the intellectual property rights of the Canon group of companies in any way (for example, including but not limited to parallel or “grey” products) will not qualify under this promotion. 2. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

2.1 To enter the promotion, the Participant must purchase a Promotional Product from the listed Participating Authorised Dealers in Iraq during the Promotional Period May 10th 2022 to July 10th 2022
2.2 The Promotional Products are subject to availability while stocks last in the Participating Authorised Dealers.  Canon will not be liable for the failure of retailers to fulfil orders of Promotional Products during the Promotional Period.
2.3 The Participants will receive the Inks Pack Gift at the instant of purchase. Please find the content of the Inks Pack Gift on the Schedule 3.
2.4 Only one Inks Pack gift per Promotional Product purchased may be made.
2.5 Claims by businesses or individuals who make bulk purchases (being more than 10 Promotional Products during the Promotional Period, other than where the relevant products are comprised in kits or bundles as described in clause 1.1) will not be eligible to enter this Promotion.
2.6 This promotion cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other promotion.

3. THE PROMOTER

4. DISCLAIMERS

4.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Canon shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature howsoever caused, sustained by any Participant under this promotion. However, nothing in these rules shall have the effect of excluding or restricting Canon’s liability for personal injury or death caused by the proven negligence of Canon’s employees or agents.
4.2 In exceptional circumstances, Canon may void, amend, and/or change other promotional conditions without incurring any liability whatsoever provided that such changes are necessary and can be justified by objective reasons. 
4.3 Canon reserves the right to audit any claims to ensure compliance with these terms and conditions and to request additional information and supporting documents. Canon reserves the right to exclude claims and/or Participants if it suspects that the promotion is being abused in any way.  Canon’s decisions in relation to the promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
4.4 If any part of these conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, then such part shall be severed from the remainder of these conditions, which shall continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. LAW AND JURISDICTION
As You are a participating consumer, laws of your country of residence will apply to this Promotion, and You may be entitled to bring court proceedings in your own language and in your local courts. A local consumer advice organization will be able to advise you on your rights. These Terms do not restrict any statutory rights that may be applicable.
