After defining key needs, the printer is attached to the cloud-based Printer Monitoring system. This system remotely receives data from the printer about its service status, ink usage and ink levels.
SUPPORT & MANAGE
This allows monitoring uptime, to proactively offer routine maintenance and to automatically replenish ink tanks, maintenance cartridges, print heads and provide service and support.
REVIEW
In return, a simple monthly charge is paid based on the amount of milliliters of ink consumed as measured by the monitoring application.
