2. Should I attend the Canon Academy session with my Camera?

Yes, one of the aims of the Canon Academy is to show you the full potential of your camera so you better understand how to take marvelous images.

3. Will I receive a certificate?

Yes, once you complete the session, you will receive a certificate.

4. In case I was not able to attend the course I registered for; can I postpone for another upcoming session?

5. I am sharing my camera with another person, can we both attend the course together or not?

Yes, that is definitely possible, just send us an email on: canonacademy@canon-me.com explain your situation and we will help you with your registration.

6. Is this an ongoing course, for how long is it and is there an advance level afterwards?

Yes, once you register for your beginner course, you will attend a 1 time 3-hour workshop. If you wish to further develop your skills, then you can go for the intermediate level and after that the advance level by keeping an eye out on Canon Middle East social media pages and registering online on our website.

7. Is there an online Canon Academy session?

Canon academy is offering online webinars along with physical workshops. Do check our website to register for online sessions.

8. Do I need to bring a tripod or any other accessories to the course?

If you have purchased other Canon accessories, then you are more than welcome to bring them along for your session. Our trainers would be more than happy to help you with any questions and support you might need with your Canon accessories.
