International insurance company Aegon wanted to improve the way it communicated with its 2 million UK customers. As well as preparing for the transition from print to digital, the company wanted to reduce costs by outsourcing, while improving its data security and audit capabilities.
We helped Aegon develop a state-of-the-art inbound and outbound mail processing system, with automated document workflows and electronic storage. This streamlined document management system was housed in a new, purpose-built off-site facility, managed by Canon.
