We are still delivering as normal so you can expect to receive your order within 1-5 working days. However, as the situation and advice from the government changes, so may we. Our deliveries are made with UPS, so for the latest information on delivery disruptions, please visit the UPS site.

We offer free standard delivery on all orders. Please note, this free standard delivery charge is only applicable to the final basket amount. If you would like to return your order, our returns policy gives you a 14-day window in which to send your item back free of charge, for a full refund. We aim to deliver most items within 1-5 working days, though this may take longer for remote or island locations. Direct delivery is by our approved suppliers.

Dubai & Northern Emirates – delivery within 1 to 3 business days

Abu Dhabi – delivery within 2 to 5 business days

We deliver to most areas in the UAE.

Unfortunately at present, we do not deliver to countries outside the United Arab Emirates.
