The EW-73F Lens Hood is compatible with your RF 35mm F1.4L VCM lens. The inner moulded satin texturing stops light reflection, which makes it well suited to use in bright environments. It can stop flare and ghosting, leading to better image quality. The hood can also protect the front part of your lens against unnecessary damage.
