UAE’s Professional Photographers to Benefit from Region’s First CPS Programme

Dubai, UAE, 10th July 2012: Canon Middle East today announces the launch of Canon Professional Services (CPS) programme, its new after-sales support system for UAE’s professional photographers. The CPS programme offers professional users of Canon products exclusive, free access to a range of benefits, from CPS support teams at various international and local events, to a priority repair service and direct support from Canon professional representatives all across Europe and UAE.

As the only professional camera brand to offer such a service in the region, Canon has further underlined its commitment to further supporting photography in the region. National Stores, Canon’s official distributor of imaging solutions in the UAE will be Canon’s authorised service provider for CPS in the country.

With this in mind, Canon is committed to providing the highest standards of support in the industry, with a customer focused approach to after-sales service. Designed following extensive consultation with the evolving professional photography community, the newly introduced CPS programme will offer more reliable support and information to qualifying professional photographers in the country. Canon Middle East will be offering Silver membership benefits to CPS members in the UAE, which includes:

  1. Special CPS Lane – dedicated member’s only service lane at service centres
  2. Priority and faster repair time (5 days)
  3. New product information and support
  4. Special invitation to Canon events
  5. Recognition to international events where CPS support exists

UAE based Canon professional photographers can register their Canon equipment easily through The membership will be automatically assigned depending on the number of qualifying bodies and lenses registered with the system.
